She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Delta University for Science and Technology.
El Naggar began her career as a specialist for children with special needs, gaining valuable experience in behavioral and developmental support.
She holds a diploma in psychological assessment and psychometrics, enhancing her ability to deliver accurate diagnoses and tailor treatment plans.
Currently, she works as a clinical psychologist at the Counseling Psychological Center at Ain Shams University. She also serves as the Deputy Head of Mental Health at the Egyptian Youth Affiliation, Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Her clinical expertise includes working with clients experiencing social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, trauma, and personality disorders such as borderline, antisocial, and histrionic.
El Naggar also facilitates group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, using techniques based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is dedicated to providing evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful change in her clients' lives.
