Dialectical Behavioral Therapy - Group Therapy

DBT skills training is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches skills across four main topics: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson.

Interpersonal Effectiveness Module
Interpersonal Effectiveness skills are designed to help you get what you need from your relationships while being respectful to yourself and others. Interpersonal relationships can be very challenging when you are also dealing with unstable emotions. As a consequence, many of us struggle to maintain healthy relationships. So if for any reason you can't come to the office you may opt to take that session online on our conference call and still see hear and participate with the rest of the group members.
